Reinventing HPC

2015

ISC High Performance (ISC 2015) attracted 2,846 attendees from 56 countries, as well as 153 companies and research organizations showcasing their technologies and services at the ISC exhibition.

The 2015 conference and the new location of Frankfurt were positively received by the attendees. Close to 70 percent of those surveyed found the city to be a convenient location and over 85 percent enjoyed the networking opportunities at the conference. Nearly 80 percent especially appreciated the content of the conference, as it was very relevant to their field of work.

STEERING COMMITTEE

The members of the ISC Steering Committee are distinguished HPC experts and decision makers who provide guidance on the conference program and help enhance publicity, acceptance and growth of ISC in industry, research and academia.

RESEARCH PAPERS COMMITTEE

The Research Papers Committee sets up the Research Paper Sessions, based on a call-for-papers procedure.

RESEARCH POSTERS COMMITTEE

From all posters submitted, the Research Posters Committee, which is a sub-committee of the Research Papers Commitee, selects the ones to be presented at ISC and the best poster to receive the Research Poster Award.

HPC IN ASIA PROGRAM COMMITTEE

This HPC in Asia Program Committee aims to promote the supercomputing trends and excellence in Asia via a self-designed program and handpicked speakers.

TUTORIALS COMMITTEE

From all tutorial proposals submitted, the Tutorials Committee selects the most popular topics to be presented at ISC.

BOFS COMMITTEE

The BoF Committee reviews all BoF proposals submitted and selects the sessions to be presented at ISC.

GAUSS AWARD COMMITTEE

From all papers accepted for the Research Paper Sessions, the Gauss Award Committee chooses the most outstanding paper in the field of scalable supercomputing to receive the Gauss Award.

PRACE SCIENTIFIC STEERING COMMITTEE

From all papers submitted to the Research Paper Sessions, the PRACE Scientific Steering Committee (SSC) will select the best paper to receive the PRACE ISC Award.
