Ross Miller

Systems Integration Programmer, Oak Ridge National Laboratory

Ross Miller joined the Oak Ridge Leadership Computing Facility in 2009 as a Systems Integration Developer for the Technology Integration group. His background is in systems architecture, multi-core and large-scale data analysis. He is currently leading a project to evaluate the ARM HPC software ecosystem and deploy software on the OLCF's ARM-based Cray Envoy system. In addition to this, he has worked on a variety of projects including a unified infrastructure for aggregating and analyzing multiple disparate logs from an HPC datacenter, a scalable I/O monitoring infrastructure for one of the world's largest Lustre filesystems, and a runtime environment to use under-utilized compute node resources for in-situ data analysis.
