Dr. Tom Vierjahn

Tom Vierjahn is a post-doctoral researcher in the Virtual Reality and Immersive Visualization Group of RWTH Aachen University, Germany. His research primarily focuses on in situ visualization of neuro-simulation data. He has made research contributions to performance analysis and visualization in the field of high-performance computing, and to surface reconstruction. Tom earned a Diploma in media technology and a Master's degree in virtual reality from University of applied sciences in Düsseldorf and a Ph.D. in computer science from the University of Münster, Germany.
