Marc DietrichGeneral Electric
Marc Dietrich works as senior program manager and user experience designer at General Electric’s “Aviation Digital Solutions” department. Focusing on the European Aviation market and the opportunities of Cloud, Data and Business Networks, Marc leads customer co-innovation projects together with airlines and other parties in the aviation industry. In these projects he uses concepts from Design Thinking, Lean Startup, Agile and Scrum to identify and develop new user and industry experiences. Before joining GE he worked ten years at SAP in various consulting roles, e.g. Business / IT Architect, Design Thinking Mentor, Innovation and Strategy Consultant. Marc’s academic background is computer science and economics and engineering. |
