Johannes Hofmann holds a master's degree in Computer Science and is a PhD student at the Chair for Computer Architecture of the University of Erlangen-Nuremberg. His research focus is on performance modelling and engineering for contemporary multi- and many-core processors, as well as developing models for energy-efficienct computing.
