Dr. Guido Reina

Guido Reina is a Postdoc at the Visualization Research Center of the University of Stuttgart. His research primarily focuses GPU-accelerated methods for scientific visualization, in particular for molecular data. His other interests cover large, high-resolution displays as well as the combined analysis of abstract and spatial data. He has made research contributions to large-scale GPU-based glyph visualization, time-dependent understanding of molecular and materials data, as well as visualization system engineering and analysis. He also has been reviewing for a number of venues in the field for nearly 15 years. Guido holds a diploma in software engineering and a Ph.D. in visualization, both from the University of Stuttgart.
