Eric Schnepf studied at Karlsruhe University and holds a Diploma degree in Mathematics. He gained first experiences with vector computers in the research group for numerical fluid dynamics. In 1985 he joined the vector computer business of Siemens. He held various positions in the HPC business at Siemens, Siemens Nixdorf and Fujitsu Siemens Computers. Today Eric Schnepf is working as senior sales specialist for Fujitsu Technology Solutions in Munich, focusing on HPC solutions and infrastructure solutions for new application segments like deep learning. |
