Grover Hwang

Grover Gong-Do Hwang is the manager of Cloud Solution Engineering Division III at QCT. He is currently based in Taipei, Taiwan. He received his B.S and M.S degrees in Atmospheric Science at National Taiwan University, Taipei, Taiwan. His expertise is in numerical modeling of the Earth system and he has more than fifteen years of experience in building, managing and tuning HPC using the open-source software on Linux. Before he joined QCT, he was the HPC system administrator and actively involved in various projects of developing, tuning and integration of the ensemble weather and hydrological forecast system at Taiwan Typhoon and Flood Research Institute, a leading weather forecast techniques developing facility in Taiwan.
