Dr. John Cazes

Manager, HPC Applications, Texas Advanced Computing Center
 

John Cazes is the manager of the HPC Applications group at the Texas Advanced Computing Center (TACC). He is also the lead for the Community Codes area in the Extended Collaborative Support Service component of the NSF Extreme Science and Engineering Discovery Environment (XSEDE) program. Dr. Cazes relies on his background in HPC, astrophysics, and climate/weather/ocean modeling to support the wide variety of researchers on TACC resources. His primary research interests are parallel I/O and advanced architectures.
