At this ISC17, ExaScaler, Inc. launches whole new 48V DC power supplied, powerful, efficient and fully configurable ZettaScaler-2.0 immersion liquid cooling platform.
User can choose 16 Bricks freely from newly developed 6 different Bricks to configure its own ZettaScaler-2.0 tank system.
1) Multi-Xeon Server Brick: 32 of Intel Xeon E5-2600 v4 (up to 24 cores) with 256GB DDR4 DRAM and 4 of 2TB M.2 NVMe SSD (512 Xeon Processors (up to 12,228 cores) in single tank)
2) Multi-Xeon D Server Brick: 64 of Intel Xeon D (up to 16 cores) with 64GB DDR4 DRAM and 2 of 1TB M.2 SATA SSD (1,024 Xeon D Processors (up to 16,384 cores) in single tank)
3) All Flash NVMe Storage Node Brick: 1,024 of 2TB SSD (32PB in single tank with 6.4Tb interconnect bandwidth)
4) Large scale FPGA Brick: 32 of Xilinx XCVU440 (5.5M system logic cell) (177M system logic cell in single tank with 6.4Tb/s interconnect)
5) Multi-GPGPU Brick: 8 of full size PCIe GPGPU (Intel Xeon Phi/NVIDIA Tesler/AMD FirePro) managed by 4 of Intel Xeon E5-2600 v4 with 256GB DDR4 DRAM and 56Gb InfiniBand each
