Abstract:
EXTOLL’s network technology based on the innovative TOURMALET ASIC technology offers outstanding performance for HPC workloads. For users, the set-up, configuration and day to day operation of a network are of equal importance. EXTOLL’s EMP software packages offers a comprehensive solution for the network administrator’s task. In this presentation, a short introduction of the EXTOLL network technology is given and the EXTOLL management software stack is presented in detail. The rest of the software stack including MPI, TCP/IP operations and EXTOLL Direct Sockets will also be covered. Experience and performance data from real world installations will be shared.
