Simulation applications with compute intensive numeric algorithms have long been, and still are, a huge driver for High Performance Computing. Expanding uses for HPC include data intensive analytics which is playing a growing role in many organizations and growing excitement in recent breakthroughs in Artificial Intelligence, driven by increasing computing power and industry investments in software frameworks. In this presentation we will discuss opportunities coming from those developments and how Intel is enabling progress with key technologies, products and solutions.
