Building production ready AI models and projects brings additional challenges during the development and operation lifecycles. The projects need to run effectively, predictably and hassle free for a long period of time, have simplified update procedures when new data is available and play well with software stacks of other applications.
Now is the time to use Machine Learning and Deep learning in production environments and in this session, we will describe processes and tools that are being used to combine software development CI/CD processes with new deep learning models in a consistent application platform. We will cover the entire ML/AI lifecycle from managing the datasets and multiple stages of training, to deployment, integration into the application environment.
