John Bent
Biography
As Director of Storage Architecture at Cray, Dr. John Bent researches and designs storage systems for exascale supercomputers. His prior work includes building several burst buffer prototypes, including the first burst buffer prototype in the DAOS project, and the PLFS virtual file system before that.
