Biography
Frank Herold is the CEO of ThinkParQ GmbH – the company behind BeeGFS. In this
role he is leading the company and product strategy of ThinkParQ/BeeGFS to be a
global player for parallel high-performance filesystems.
Before he joined ThinkParQ he held various management positions within ADIC,
Quantum being responsible for market segments within the academic and scientific
research, oil and gas, broadcast and video surveillance industry focusing on large
scale, high-performance and enterprise accounts within EMEA having over 25 years
of experience in the IT industry.
He holds a master degree in engineering (Dipl. -Ing.) in rocket science.
