Masato Gocho received the B. Eng. and M. Eng. degrees in information engineering from the University of Waseda, Japan, in 2009 and 2011, respectively.
He joined Mitsubishi Electric Corporation in 2011 and worked mainly on the development of the efficient parallel implementation techniques for some radar-related applications.
