Sebastien Rumley received the M.S. and Ph.D. degrees (in communication systems) from Ecole Polytechnique Federale de Lausanne in Switzerland. He is currently an associate research scientist at Columbia University in New York. His research interests include modeling and simulation of optical networks and interconnects, mainly for applications in high-performance computing and distributed computing systems.
