With major in Computer Science, Hsi-En joint NCHC after receiving his Master degree. He has devoted himself to the adoption and development of modern IT technologies. His expertise manages various front end technologies of IT, including Cloud computing, virtualization, and so on. HE also managed the computing infrastructure dedicated to international collaboration with production level of quality. Recently, his work interest is focused on the development of Container which is one of several lights toward the future of portable computing environment. He also takes a key role in the NDS project and help with the development of applications, in addition to the environment buildup of NDS.
