Jacques DUYSENS, 49 years old, obtained his civil engineer Diploma in Electricity and
Mechanics, and in Aerospace from the University of Liège in Belgium with the highest
distinction.
He joined ANSYS in January 2015 as Systems Business Development Director for EMEA.
He is currently Systems Product Director for EMEA since January 2017.
Jacques DUYSENS is member of the Scientific Council of the French Competitiveness
Cluster Systematic Paris Region (System Design and Development Tools Group); co-founder
and board member of the French Center of High Performance Computing Teratec; member of
research committee of CRIAQ (Montreal, Qc, Canada); member of several professional
societies including ASME (American Society of Mechanical Engineers), AIAA (American
Institute of Aeronautics and Astronautics) and IACM (International Association for
Computational Mechanics).
Jacques DUYSENS has been lecturing in France for more than 20 years at Ecole Centrale de
Lyon and in Pôle Universitaire Léonard de Vinci (courses taught on Numerical Design, High
Performance Computing, multiscale and Multiphysics simulation techniques and sustainable
automotive engineering).
