I obtained my diploma in Biochemistry in 2005. In my PhD that I defended in 2010 I focused on the aggregation propensity of lipids in lipid bilayers and amyloid protein beta. In 2011 I moved to the Institute of High Performance Computing, where I was studying the dynamics of antimicrobial polymers, this project was followed by several collaborations with industry. In my career I specialized both in molecular dynamics of large macromolecular assemblies and forcefield parameter development.
