Habib Toye is currently a PhD student at King Abdullah University of Science and Technology (KAUST), in the Computer, Electrical and Mathematical Sciences and Engineering Division (CEMSE). His research focuses on Data Assimilation and its application. He is presently investigating the application of Ensemble Data Assimilation in Oceanography. After receiving his engineering degree from the Ecole Nationale Supérieure d’Informatique et de Mathématiques Appliquées de Grenoble
(ENSIMAG, Grenoble Institute of Technology) in 2010, he held a position at INRIA (the French National Institute for computer science and applied mathematics) as a Young graduate engineer for two years.
