Panagiotis Tsarchopoulos is responsible for microprocessor technologies at the "Competitive Electronics Industry" unit of the European Commission. Dr. Tsarchopoulos holds a PhD in computer engineering from the University of Kaiserslautern, Germany and an MBA from the UBI, Brussels, Belgium.
