Biography
Kenjiro Taura is professor at Department of Information and Communication Engineering, University of Tokyo. He was born in 1969, and received his B.S., M.S., and DSc degrees from University of Tokyo in 1992, 1994, and 1997. His major research interests are centered around parallel/distributed computing and programming languages. His expertise includes efficient dynamic load balancing, parallel and distributed garbage collection, and parallel/distributed workflow systems. He is a member of ACM and IEEE.
