Biography
Eric Wright is a first year graduate student at the University of Delaware studying Computer Science. His current area of research is developing or porting applications for accelerated computation using parallel programming standards such as OpenMP, OpenACC, and CUDA. He is currently working with the National Center of Atmospheric Research to port a large solar simulation application to multi-GPU architectures. He is also an active educator for OpenACC, and a recurring mentor for GPU hackathons.
