Ulrik Günther was born in Dresden, Germany, in 1987. He obtained a Diploma degree in Physics from the TU Dresden, in 2013. He joined the MOSAIC Group at the Max Planck Institute of Molecular Cell Biology and Genetics, Dresden, and the Faculty of Computer Science, TU Dresden as a PhD student in 2014. His research interests include Scientific Visualization, Virtual Reality, and Human-Computer Interaction.
