As Global Field CTO at Cray, Dr. John Bent helps deliver today and tomorrow’s largest storage systems to the largest customers in the world. In this role, John researches and helps design storage systems for exascale supercomputers. His prior work includes building several burst buffer prototypes, including the first burst buffer prototype in the DAOS project, and the PLFS virtual file system before that.
