Shaping Tomorrow

The application process for the HPC Career Day will open in April!

The new ISC 2020 HPC Career Day addresses a wider audience and bigger goals than the previous program, the ISC STEM Student Day & Gala, which ran successfully from 2017 – 2019.

In 2020 we invite graduate and undergraduate students, early-career researchers and engineers, as well as mid-career professionals looking for new opportunities within the field of high performance computing, machine learning and data analytics to attend the event.

We will select 200 individuals to participate in the HPC Career Day on Wednesday, June 24. Admission is free for all participants.

If you are interested in sponsoring the career fair, please contact us soon. We highly recommend this event to businesses and organizations that offer employment opportunities and training, as well as to educational institutions that seek candidates for their graduate and postgraduate programs.

Why Become A Sponsor?

The shortage of scientists and engineers with HPC skills, as well as parallel programmers, algorithm developers, and system administrators with HPC experience is quite apparent. From being a $2 billion market in 1990, high performance computing is on track to exceed $40 billion by 2022, which means more jobs are being created and vacancies are waiting to be filled by qualified people.

By sponsoring the ISC HPC Career Day, you are helping your organization brand itself in this niche space, as well as contribute to shaping a qualified workforce; so plant those seeds now! In return, we’ll ensure you enjoy good visibility as an HPC Career Day sponsor. Full sponsorship benefits are listed here.
