This attendee information webpage offers a pool of information that we hope will help create the best pre-conference and conference experience possible. Some of the information here will help you plan for ISC 2019 and others will guide you through the event and gain the most from the conference and the venue.
We will be recording different sessions and later publish the same on the internet, particularly on YouTube. In some camera settings, the audience will be visible, and you might appear as a member of the audience (in sound, picture and video).

An updated version of the conference program can be found on our website. The ISC Agenda lets you navigate easily through the conference program and provides information on sessions and speakers. With a few clicks, you can design your own schedule.
The conference proceedings will be available online with presentations provided as PDF files a week after the event. The ISC 2019 attendees will receive an email with the access link. All accepted research papers will also be published in the Springer’s Lecture Notes in Computer Science series (LNCS 11501), and the papers can be downloaded from Springer’s website for a limited time after ISC 2019.
The ISC High Performance exhibition features the largest collection of HPC vendors, universities, and research organizations assembled annually in Europe.

If you lose your conference badge, please contact the Check-In Counter (Foyer, Hall 3.0). Please note there is a processing fee of € 30 to replace lost badges.

ISC High Performance is a fully-catered conference, and we offer our attendees snacks, full meals as well as an assortment of beverages on all days.

WiFi is available throughout the venue, login data will be printed on your badge. If you need assistance or have any questions regarding internet connectivity, please contact isc or the Information Counter firstname.lastname@example.org(Foyer, Hall 3.0).
Please respect our WiFi Policy. ISC 2019 exhibitors and attendees are not allowed to operate any IEEE 802.11 wireless access point or any other equipment transmitting in the 2.4 GHz or 5.2 GHz frequency range in the conference and exhibition venue during ISC 2019. This also includes build-up hours.
The ISC 2019 organizers reserve the right to impose a fine on anyone who violates this policy.
The Quiet Room is a dedicated space to help you distance yourself from the hustle and bustle of the conference, and enjoy a moment of rest and contemplation, and reconnect with yourself. You can find the Quiet Room in Hall 3, on Level 3.C.
The use of any digital device is prohibited in the Quiet Room.
There are seating areas in Hall 3, both on Level 0 (main entrance) and on Level Via (near Via Mobile). These areas feature power outlets to charge your devices.
A combined speakers and press room is located in the Forum building on Level 0 in room “Agenda”.
