Welcome back to the ISC conference series; we are excited to host you once again!

The 2022 conference and exhibition is unique as we are offering an onsite event, as well as some of the program elements online. Our goal is to enable everyone in the HPC community to participate in ISC 2022. We hope to bring together 3,000 like-minded researchers, research centers, educational institutions, technology providers and HPC enthusiasts.

If you register between March 22 and April 26, you will enjoy the early-bird registration fees.

For online attendees: You will receive the access information for our online event latest a week before ISC 2022, which will give you adequate time to familiarize yourself with the virtual platform.

For already registered attendees: If you need to change your registration details, please use the red button above again and log in with your credentials. The system directs you to your existing registration.

PLEASE NOTE: Please note: All prices are net prices; a 19% tax applies to all registrations for an in-person attendance. Tax may also apply to registrations for an online attendance depending on the billing address.

Registration Criteria
  • Industry Rate:
    The industry rate applies if your organization operates as a commercial business. Please check against your organization’s legal form if you are unsure.
  • Academia Rate:
    The academia rate applies if your organization operates in a non-commercial environment and its purpose is to promote education and research.
  • Student Rate:
    The student rate applies if you are currently enrolled as a student at an academic institution, and you possess a valid student ID.
  • Media/Analyst:
    A limited number of complimentary registrations are available for media and analysts covering the HPC sector.
MEDIA REGISTRATION

This year we are issuing a limited number of complimentary registrations to reporters, editors, bloggers, and industry analysts.

Please note that commercial bloggers, public relations, marketing and sales executives, consultants, book authors, etc. will not be granted complimentary registration.

To confirm your credentials, you may be asked to submit industry-related byline articles, white papers or technical reports published within the last six months.

To qualify for a media badge, whether you have a complimentary registration or not, you must report on high performance computing and related fields. Valid outlets include print, digital, and broadcast media. You can pre-request for a badge before the event starts by registering (as media/analyst), however the ISC team reserves the right to approve or revoke your badge request.

Registration Invoice and Confirmation

Once you have registered you will receive a confirmation email with the registration invoice attached. If you have requested an invitation letter the pdf will also be attached to the registration email.

Fee Waiver

Persons who are entitled to registration fee waiver (i.e., speakers and sponsors) will receive their voucher codes as soon as possible via the defined communication channels (e.g. email, the exhibitor manual..).

Check-in & Badge Pick Up

The check-in counters are located in the foyer of the main entrance hall.

Opening hours for tutorials, conference, exhibition and workshop check-in:

Sunday, May 29 7:30 am to 6:00 pm
Monday, May 30 7:30 am to 8:00 pm
Tuesday, May 31 7:30 am to 6:00 pm
Wednesday, June 1 7:30 am to 4:00 pm
Thursday, June 2 7:30 am to 2:00 pm

 

Badges will not be emailed or shipped. You can pick up your badge at one of the ISC 2022 Check-in terminals located in the Foyer of the main entrance hall. You will need to have your provided QR code ready (printed or digitally) for the self-check in procedure. Badges must be picked up personally by the attendee.

A photo ID (i.e.: driver's license or passport) is required to be shown to pick up your badge. Students will need to show valid student ID.

Onsite Registration

Due to this year's circumstances all ISC 2022 onsite attendees need to be pre-registered before entering the venue location. Unfortunately we are not allowed to provide onsite registration terminals within the event venue. But we will offer signs with QR codes outside the building which link directly to the registration page for last minute registrations and payments. Please note that we do not offer onsite payment options.

Our Cancellation Policy

In light of the ever-changing situation, we are offering our attendees as much flexibility and planning comfort as possible with our cancellation policy.

Registration cancellations must be submitted to reginullstration-support@isc-events.com to receive a refund. Prometeus will deduct a processing fee of Euro 25, but if the cancellation date is less than forty one (41) days prior to the first day of the event, a lump-sum payment will be determined according to a sliding scale.
