In light of the ever-changing situation, we are offering our attendees as much flexibility and planning comfort as possible with our cancellation policy.
Registration cancellations must be submitted to registration-support@isc-events.com to receive a refund. Prometeus will deduct a processing fee of Euro 25, but if the cancellation date is less than forty one (41) days prior to the first day of the event, a lump-sum payment will be determined according to a sliding scale. Please refer to our terms and conditions for more details. To officially transfer your registration to a third-party, please contact registration support.
